Inizio Engage seeks a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional to support territories in the assigned region. You will build relationships with Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists and drive advocacy through clinical engagements.

You will demonstrate deep therapeutic knowledge, understand market access and reimbursement, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize product uptake and sales performance. Some overnight travel is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience or proven B2B sales track record.
• ENT and Allergy experience preferred.
• Launch sales experience preferred.
• Some overnight travel will be required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own a car with insurance.

What will you be doing?

• Maintain the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and accountability
• Travel extensively within region, with occasional overnight stays as needed

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience selling in the pharmaceutical or medical sales industry or proven track record in business to business (B2B) sales
• ENT and Allergy experience preferred
• Launch Sales Experience preferred
• Some overnight travel will be required
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Must have an automobile with insurance coverage in compliance with company guidelines

The base pay range for this position is $60K - $90K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
