This role leads technical Field Service operations across 7 Northeastern states for a manufacturer of medical instrumentation. The Regional Field Support Manager ensures service teams operate efficiently, customers receive reliable support, and field technicians are trained, supported, and performing at a high level.

Candidates must reside in one of the following metro areas, and be within 1 hour of a major metropolitan airport:

• Detroit, MI
• Pittsburgh, PA
• Cleveland, OH
• Columbus, OH
• Cincinnati, OH
• Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field service operations across 7 Northeastern states
• Manage a team of 20–30 field service technicians and first-level managers
• Support technician performance, training, and service execution
• Ensure consistent field service quality and customer satisfaction
• Travel overnight as needed to support regional service activities

Requirements

• Associate Degree in a technical discipline (required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of service management experience with medical devices (required)
• Prior medical device service experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership experience managing large field-based technical teams
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed
