Job summary

Arc3 Gases Inc. is seeking a Regional Floater to serve Piedmont, North Carolina area, delivering gas cylinders and welding supplies while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will load, deliver, and unload hard goods, operate warehouse equipment, and ensure safety compliance per DOT/OSHA rules. The role requires CDL with HazMat, airbrakes, tanker endorsements, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of welding industry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales ability.
• Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform counter sales and assist customers in-store.
• Conduct route sales and visits to customer locations.
• Assist with inventory, showroom displays, and demonstrations.
• Provide timely customer service, handle complaints, and process paperwork.
