Job summary

Harmony Biosciences is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Pacific Northwest to educate providers on access services, reimbursement solutions, and claims processes. The role supports patient access after prescription and works with HUB, market access and field partners.

Candidates should have a business degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech reimbursement, and experience with complex specialty products. Travel ~50% and residency in Seattle, WA or nearby preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years pharmaceutical / biotech reimbursement or access experience in limited distribution models or relevant experience.
• Experience launching rare disease products or complex specialty products.
• Cross functional teamwork and working in a matrix environment.
• Experience in the reimbursement process, field reimbursement service, and patient support programs.
• Experience coordinating patient and provider support services such as specialty pharmacy, HUB, and reimbursement services.
• Experience handling PHI in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA; however, candidates living anywhere within the region will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute a regional strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders (HUB, market access, field partners).
• Provide education on formulary coverage, insurance forms, utilization management criteria, prior authorization, and claims resolution.
• Educate offices on insurance authorization and reimbursement requirements for Harmony products.
• Educate physician office staff on Harmony patient support services and approved materials.
• Manage daily activities to support patient access and perform in-person visits when appropriate.
• Adhere to Rules of Engagement and company guidance; input call activity into CRM; participate in meetings.
