Leaf Home, a leading provider of home improvement solutions, is seeking a Regional Field Recruiter to join our U.S. and Canadian recruiting team.

You will manage sourcing, interviewing, and delivering qualified candidates for high-volume field-based roles, including installation, direct sales, and canvassing. You will build creative sourcing plans, screen applicants, coordinate with field offices in Hudson or Toledo, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple business units in non-exempt recruitment.
• Experience with ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Translate talent demands into a staffing strategy with clear action items.
• Develop sourcing plans using networking, digital ads, and social media.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recommend top talent for field roles.
• Screen and follow up with candidates on requirements for Leaf Home positions.
• Interview candidates to assess fit for requisitions.
• Manage applicants and provide weekly recruitment status updates.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective candidates and businesses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
