Job summary

Leaf Home is hiring a Regional Field Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting for field-based positions across the US and Canada. You will source, interview, and present qualified candidates for installation, sales, and canvass roles from local offices.

In this role, you’ll develop creative sourcing plans, review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate with hiring managers, while ensuring compliance and timely updates on recruitment progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of corporate, agency, or headhunter recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple BUs in non-exempt recruiting.
• Familiar with ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS platforms.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting for field-based roles in US/Canada.
• Develop sourcing plans using networking, digital ads, and social media.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Screen candidates for fit and coordinate with recruitment teams.
• Interview candidates in local field offices to assess requisitions.
• Maintain applicant tracking and report weekly status updates.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective candidates and businesses.
• Ensure policy compliance and liaise with HR colleagues.

Position Summary:

The Regional Field Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting services to the assigned business unit(s) in U.S. and Canadian marketsand is responsible for providing the sourcing, interviewing, and delivering qualified diverse candidates for high-volume field-based positions which may include installation, direct sales, on-location marketers, and field canvassers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand the talent demands of assigned functional area and translate those demands into a staffing strategy that is timely and results driven with clear action items.
• Develop creative sourcing plans to include traditional networking strategies, grass roots, digital paid advertising, and social media strategies.
• Review resumes and applications, phone interview, and recommend top talent for a wide-variety of positions including front-line recruiting for field-based positions.
• Screen, evaluate, and follow up with candidates on requirements and equipment (if applicable) needed to join Leaf Home in the worker ecosystem (W2 or 1099).
• Interview candidates in local field office to evaluate fit for assigned requisitions.
• Manage and track applicants and provide weekly recruitment status updates to assigned business unit, team lead, and/or manager.
• Conduct cold call recruiting through high volume of outbound phone calls to prospective candidates and businesses.
• Work with management, peers, and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and/or practices.
• Ensure compliance with all required local, state, and federal employment and labor laws.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years of corporate, agency, or headhunter recruiting experience.
• Intermediateexperience supporting multiple business units in non-exempt level recruiting.
• Intermediateexperience with one or more recruiting software platforms such as: ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, various applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
• Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Travel Requirements:

• More than 10% domestic travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

• Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

Physical Requirements:

• Normal office environment. Office located in Hudson, OH or Toledo, OH.
• Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involve sitting most of the time.
