ARCXIS is seeking an Area Manager to lead the planning, recruitment, onboarding, and QA for Field Operations, ensuring high-quality inspection delivery to builder clients. The role requires coordinating with field staff, builders and trades, and managing costs and efficiency across the region.

The candidate should have 5+ years in construction supervision, strong leadership, and familiarity with IECC energy codes and related programs, with travel 10%–40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience as Construction Superintendent or Field Supervisor.
• Knowledge of construction building practices and energy efficiency codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily field inspection services.
• Lead communication with field staff, scheduling, builders, and trade partners.
• Oversee regional contracts and ensure smooth operational activities.
• Monitor field metric reports and audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise and manage employees including interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
