Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing and canvassing in your market. You will coach teams, deliver in-person energy-efficient product presentations, and support market expansion with growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes talent development, cross-market collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a W2, on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of door-to-door marketing team management experience.
• 2+ years of door-to-door marketing experience.
• Experience delivering in-office and in-field training.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsabilités

• Lead outside marketing and canvassing efforts within your market.
• Self-starter who contributes to a collaborative, performance-driven team.
• Learn and represent Renuity’s home improvement products and services.
• Deliver in-person marketing presentations on energy‑efficient solutions.
• Train, coach, and develop marketing representatives; interview and onboard new team members.
• Support market expansion initiatives and travel as needed.
• Potential to manage and grow your own market.
