Job summary

Good Boy Vodka is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life across Texas and the Western region. You will plan events, build partnerships, coordinate campaigns, and engage with consumers to grow brand awareness and sales.

This role serves as the regional marketing contact, partnering with distributors, retailers, brand ambassadors, and venue partners to execute impactful programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in beverage/CPG marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, consumer goods, event marketing, trade marketing, field marketing, or brand marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to travel 30-40%, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Regional Marketing & Trade Support: execute campaigns, build regional calendar, coordinate sampling events and sponsorships.
• Brand Ambassador Coordination: schedule training, deployment, and communication of regional ambassadors.
• Marketing Operations: coordinate production and installation of marketing materials, manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Relationship Building: develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, venue operators, and local organizations.
