Job summary

Lyte Fiber seeks a Regional Field Marketer to drive demand in the Houston market through strategic events and door-to-door outreach. You will plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, product launches, and community events while promoting our fiber telecom services.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams, manage logistics, capture leads, and provide post-event insights to optimize local campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field.
• 2+ years of event planning or field marketing experience in telecom/tech.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for face-to-face outreach.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events: trade shows, product launches, community events.
• Support acquisition through event-based outreach and door-knocking.
• Represent Lyte Fiber at events, communicating telecom benefits.
• Coordinate logistics: venue, vendors, AV, travel, on-site operations.
• Track registrations, leads, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams to align messaging.
• Analyze event performance and provide post-activity reports.
