Regional Family Empowerment Manager / Clinical Coach

St Louis, MO

Organization: St. Louis Crisis Nursery

Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience)

At the St. Louis Crisis Nursery, we believe every child deserves safety and happiness. We provide short-term, free, voluntary emergency care for over 4,000 children annually, supporting families facing challenges like illness, homelessness, domestic violence, and parental stress.

The Opportunity: We seek an experienced Regional Family Empowerment Manager / Clinical Coach to lead regional oversight, clinical coaching, and program development. You will mentor Family Empowerment Program teams across Lincoln County, Wentzville, and St. Charles, and contribute to training systems and university partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to FEP teams across specified regions.
  2. Collaborate with leadership and staff to improve clinical practices and team development.
  3. Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.
  4. Offer coaching and clinical consultation to FEP and LOP staff.
  5. Monitor staff training compliance and standards.
  6. Support the Student Program in partnership with universities.
  7. Serve as liaison for student interns and university instructors.
  8. Ensure quality documentation, data entry, and timely reporting.
  9. Participate in data analysis, outcomes measurement, and audits.
  10. Assist with fundraising and outreach activities, including public speaking.
  11. Build partnerships to benefit clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Current State Licensure (LPC, LCSW, PLPC, LMSW); clinical licensure in Missouri preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with children and families, preferably in crisis or trauma-informed settings.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in child-focused or social services roles.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Experience in community outreach and staff development is valued.
