The Regional Facility Manager is required to reside within the assigned territory to support customer engagement, field oversight, rapid response, and operational effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary customer representative within the assigned territory, building strong relationships and delivering responsive, high-quality facilities services.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch through proposal development, execution, invoicing, and closeout while meeting contractual service levels and customer expectations.
  • Oversee daily service operations within the assigned territory, coordinating routine, priority, and emergency work requests in a 24/7 operating environment.
  • Maintain accurate work order status, documentation, and performance metrics within the CMMS and operational tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility and reporting.
  • Develop, review, analyze, and submit repair proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates to ensure technical accuracy, competitive pricing, and contract compliance.
  • Evaluate subcontractor proposals and recommendations to determine the most appropriate repair solution and provide informed recommendations to customers and internal leadership.
  • Develop, recruit, manage, and evaluate a qualified network of subcontractors capable of supporting multiple facility service disciplines and meeting operational response requirements.
  • Monitor work order progress, vendor performance, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction while proactively resolving issues and communicating status throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Review completed work packages, supporting documentation, and invoices to ensure quality, accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, vendor evaluations, and quality inspections to strengthen customer relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Review project-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, activity hazard analyses, LOTO procedures, and other required safety documentation, as applicable, to ensure work is planned and executed in accordance with company policies, customer requirements, area specific/OSHA regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable codes while driving continuous operational improvement.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory as required to support customer meetings, field operations, subcontractor oversight, and emergency response activities.

    • OR, a related degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a similar discipline may be considered as a substitute for a portion of the field experience when combined with relevant technical or operational knowledge.
  • Experience:

    • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial building systems and facility service commodities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, exterior services, custodial, fire and life safety systems, building automation systems (BAS), and general building repairs.
    • Hands‑on trade experience or demonstrated technical operations experience sufficient to evaluate repair methods, review scopes of work, analyze subcontractor proposals and estimates, and confidently communicate technical issues and repair solutions with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
