Job summary

Insight Global in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sr. Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations onsite with a leading technology client. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with stakeholders, and drive an outstanding workplace experience across multiple campuses.

You will develop strategic plans for facilities operations, manage budgets, oversee vendors, ensure safety compliance, and continuously improve processes to deliver cost savings and world-class service.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of facilities or operations experience.
• Experience in talent management, recruiting, training, performance management, retention strategies, and leadership.
• Experience managing budgets and strong financial acumen.
• Experience interfacing with vendors in a facilities environment.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Hospitality experience

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership to Facilities Managers and their teams, fostering employee development through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive team and organizational success by leveraging facilities management operations, cross-functional partnerships, and effective problem solving across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for facility operations, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects across multiple regions.
• Conduct regular site visits and facility inspections ensuring compliance with regulations while identifying opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
• Manage and optimize operating and capital budgets across multiple locations including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on facilities strategy and resolution of issues.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
• Champion environmental health and safety initiatives promoting a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead advanced training programs focused on maintenance operations, repair procedures, safety protocols, and facilities management best practices.
• Drive high-level problem-solving and decision-making addressing complex organizational challenges and implementing innovative solutions.

What You Will Do

• Provide senior-level leadership to Facilities Managers and their teams, fostering employee development through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of facilities management operations, business objectives, and cross-functional partnerships to drive team and organizational success. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical, operational, and business challenges across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Evaluate decisions through both a regional and organizational lens, understanding their broader impact on business operations and stakeholder satisfaction. Continuously improve existing processes, procedures, and operational standards to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and compliance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for facility operations, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects across multiple regions.
