Job summary

Hanley Energy, LLC seeks a Regional Facilities Manager USA to oversee the operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of our US facilities. Based in Ashburn, VA with occasional travel to Boardman, OR and Dublin, OH, you will lead FM operations and governance for a growing US footprint.

You will manage contracts, budgets, space planning, and safety standards, ensuring OSHA, NFPA, IBC and ADA compliance while aligning with Hanley Energy’s global FM governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Proven track record managing multiple facilities in technical/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and FM regulatory frameworks (OSHA, IBC, NFPA, ADA).

Responsibilities

• Review and manage contracts for facility services (security, fire protection, HVAC, maintenance).
• Prepare tender docs and support evaluations for service contracts.
• Ensure energy and waste management compliance with regulations.
• Maintain audit-ready maintenance records across US locations (CMMS).
• Support ISO audit queries and provide compliance reporting.
