Hanley Energy is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager (USA) based in Ashburn, VA to oversee operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of its US facilities, with occasional travel to Boardman, OR and Dublin, OH. You will supervise FM operations, manage vendors, and ensure OSHA, IBC, NFPA, and ADA standards.

The role involves budgeting, space planning, governance reporting, and building projects coordination within the global Real Estate & Facilities Management team.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Facilities Management or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proven track record managing multiple facilities in technical or mission critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and FM regulations (OSHA, IBC, NFPA, ADA).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with vendor management and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Review and manage contracts for facility services including security, fire protection, HVAC, and maintenance.
• Prepare tender documentation and support evaluations for service contracts.
• Maintain audit-ready maintenance records using the CMMS.
• Manage regional FM budgets and provide regular reporting.
• Travel periodically to Boardman, OR and Dublin, OH as needed.
• Lead space planning and assist in capital and refurbishment projects.
