Job summary

Cartier North America seeks a dynamic, organized Project Manager to join our Facilities Team, based in Coral Gables, FL. You will oversee repairs and preventive maintenance services across our region and ensure boutique standards are met.

Key duties include coordinating with store management and external vendors, visiting boutiques, and supporting store development, with travel as needed. Reading architectural and mechanical drawings is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant facility maintenance experience.
• Facility Management and/or Construction Experience in high-end retail preferred.
• Ability to read Architectural and Mechanical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Experience leading or managing in a multi-unit or multi-team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work evenings hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide repair and preventative maintenance services.
• Communicate and liaise with store management and security to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance work.
• Provide support to visual merchandising, events, network development and other internal departments as needed for CNA’s boutique activations.
• Perform regular visits to ensure boutiques are properly maintained to company standards.
• Supervise and oversee the quality of work performed by external vendors.
• Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to external vendors to ensure high quality standards.
• Establish new relationships with local vendors to provide high quality and reliable services.
• Provide maintenance recommendations and guidance to Store Development & Planning team.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners throughout new boutique construction and/or renovations.
• Provide administrative support as needed for invoicing, vendor onboarding and ad hoc requests.

Main accountabilities/objective of the position

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000
