Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Facilities management or construction experience in high‑end retail preferred.
• Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings and manage cross‑team work.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and independent work.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and maintenance platforms such as Fexa.
