Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/Plumbing to lead Facilities Maintenance Operations across a regional area. You will oversee preventive maintenance, lead technicians, and ensure safe, efficient stores for associates and customers.

The role offers a comprehensive compensation package with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, base pay $90,000–$180,000 yearly, performance bonuses, and extensive benefits. Travel, licenses, and leadership will be central to daily duties.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years).
• Leads, motivates and develops others.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel within region ~50% to manage facilities needs.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare and analyze reporting/analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and inspections.
• Participate in trainings to meet regulatory requirements.
