Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance within a regional area. Lead technicians, ensure safe, efficient facilities, and collaborate with store managers and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, electrical/plumbing/mechanical experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel, licenses, and compliance are key facets of the role.

Qualifications

• General facilities/building maintenance experience, 3–5 years preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience required.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root-cause and breakdown analysis.
• Customer service mindset and focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally 50% or more and maintain licenses in employment state.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and analytics on facility operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits; ensure compliance.
