Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Facility/Operations Leader in MA to oversee vendor management, strategic operations, and regional financials.

You will coordinate with leadership to remove obstacles and support company-wide alignment while ensuring data-driven decisions. Applicants should have college or trade school background, 5–8 years in facility or mechanical services, supervisory experience, and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• College or trade school is required.
• 5-8 years in facility, property management or mechanical service.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Project management certificate and CRFP certification; organized, good communication, computer skills and detail oriented.
• Must work autonomously and direct subordinates.
• Financial analysis and ability to read and understand P&L.
• Travel up to 40% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and procure external vendors to provide quality service.
• Strategize with Operations leadership in removing facilities obstacles.
• Manage regional financials of M&R and Operational capital.
• Interact with local municipalities for regulatory and crisis management.
• Collaborate with other support departments for aligned company vision.
• Validate facility requests through data management.
