Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst, Facilities Operations Outside Services to optimize waste streams, Fire & Life Safety compliance, and related vendor programs across our restaurant network. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure SLAs, accuracy of invoicing, and robust cost controls.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities/vendor management, strong financial acumen, and experience with Lean/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or vendor management.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, invoices, and cost drivers.
• Experience with Lean, Scrum, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize outside services programs across restaurants.
• Analyze service contracts, invoices, and cost drivers to identify savings.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Finance, Procurement, and Vendors.
• Develop cost-savings initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance.
