JLL seeks a regional facilities manager to lead site-level FM services for a financial services client across the Americas portfolio. The role is onsite at client HQ with travel to regional sites, focusing on operational leadership, budgeting, and team development.

Position Overview

As Regional Facilities Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional Facilities Management services to our Financial Services client across designated sites within the Americas real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for operational leadership that fosters an ownership-mindset culture while developing your team to deliver outstanding services aligned with our client's desired outcomes.

This is an onsite role based at the client's Global Headquarters in Miami, Florida with approximately 15-20% travel to regional sites.

In this role as a Regional Facilities Manager at JLL, you will lead the delivery of site-level excellence to achieve a standardized client experience across the portfolio. You will be a champion for your team and create development and succession plans. You will manage regional budgets and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders within your region. You will collaborate closely with site teams and cross-functional partners locally and regionally, contributing to JLL's position as an industry leader.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Regional service delivery and operational leadership.

You’ll drive tactical excellence as the regional leader responsible for service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational initiatives within your designated facilities management region. Each day brings opportunities to analyze regional performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance the client's experience across your sites.

Client relationship management.

You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with regional client stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for operational matters within your region. Through regular site reviews and performance updates, you’ll present regional analytics, address concerns proactively, and reinforce JLL's commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Cross-functional coordination.

You’ll ensure seamless coordination across JLL services within your region, working collaboratively to deliver a unified OneJLL approach. You’ll participate in the One Team collaboration program with our client's Workplace teams and Landlords, working together in a client-centric manner. You’ll manage relationships with regional vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery that meets client expectations.

Financial management and budget oversight.

You’ll oversee regional operational budgeting and forecasting for your assigned sites. Your focus on cost optimization and variance analysis ensures performance within approved budgets and CPI tolerances while delivering measurable value through regional savings initiatives and accurate financial reporting.

Team development and performance management.

You’ll invest in people care by coaching and developing your regional team members, identifying training needs, and supporting career growth. Your leadership fosters a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability while implementing best practices and standardized approaches across your regional sites.

Operational compliance and quality assurance.

You’ll implement enterprise-wide standards and QA/QC processes within your region, ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement. Regular site visits allow you to conduct operational assessments, engage directly with facility operations teams, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Performance delivery.

You’ll drive achievement of contractual requirements and regional goals, including work order management metrics and CPI/KPI targets, while maintaining high client satisfaction measured through performance indicators and satisfaction surveys within your region.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of regional or multi-site IFM experience for financial services or technology-focused clients, including strong knowledge of CRE facility management methodologies, building systems, maintenance processes, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated operational leadership success in implementing standardized processes and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple sites
• Proven success in coaching, developing, and retaining facility operations teams; creating development plans and fostering an empowering culture
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams; ability to influence outcomes and drive operational improvements
• Solid budget management and forecasting abilities; understanding of operational budgeting, cost management, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience in vendor management and contract coordination
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms, BI/analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering, or related field)
• Certification in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar)
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
