Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management across multiple locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will lead a team, conduct site visits, ensure safety, and manage vendor relations to maintain high standards of service.
You will work with the Regional Manager and Director of Facilities to develop budgets, monitor KPIs, implement preventive maintenance programs, and drive cost savings while maintaining timely completion of projects.
