Performance Team in California seeks a Senior Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day upkeep, safety programs, and regional maintenance operations. You will supervise facilities managers and technicians, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with building codes while driving efficiency.
The role emphasizes safety, reporting, and effective communication with operations leaders. Local travel and on-call duties may be required.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Oversees maintenance managers in a defined region or group, while being responsible for the day‑to‑day upkeep in the facilities in that region. Maximum emphasis is placed on safety programs and maintaining compliance with the property management goals and expectations.
Position is full‑time. Local travel and long‑distance travel may be required. Ability to be on call as needed locally.
Directly supervises the Facilities Managers and technicians in the assigned region or group. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance. 5+ years of relevant experience.
$100,000 - $115,000*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
