Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, providing guidance and resources for success across our all-in-one financial services platform.

You will work to expand the agent network through outreach, events and presentations, while staying current on product knowledge across carriers. The role requires travel and weekend availability, with growth opportunities toward leadership positions within the regional structure.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Chinese.
3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking or business development.
Willingness to travel locally and out of state for events.
Able to work weekends once a month to support local seminars.

Responsibilities

Promote the All-in-One service platform to recruit agents and financial professionals.
Conduct outreach via cold calls, events and in-person meetings to recruit agents.
Build relationships with agents and participate in events, set up booths, distribute materials.
Analyze product performance to aid agents in meeting clients' needs.
Educate agents on retirement planning concepts and wealth transitions.
Support life agents with insurance sales, including scheduling medical exams.
