TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to recruit, support, and train life insurance agents within our all-in-one financial services platform.

You will energize outreach efforts, coordinate events, and be the trusted resource for agents navigating client financial journeys. The role requires 3–5 years in sales or recruitment, bilingual English/Chinese, and willingness to travel regionally, including weekends for local seminars.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• 3–5 years of sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or promotion experience
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state for events
• Weekend availability once a month to support seminars and events

Responsibilities

• Promote the All-in-One service platform to recruit insurance agents and financial professionals
• Engage prospects via outreach activities including cold calls and events to recruit agents
• Build relationships and participate in events, setting up booths and distributing materials
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial goals
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transitions through financial planning
• Support life agents with insurance sales, scheduling medical exams and collecting data
• Attend training to stay current on product knowledge across carriers
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist to ensure smooth regional operations
