H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a superior client experience and consistency across locations. The role involves coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, driving operational excellence, and delivering business results.

The successful candidate will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, steward staffing and facilities, and travel frequently to maintain in-person presence across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and drive actions to improve business results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, and recruiting for seasonal demand.
