Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Ability to travel frequently with minimal overnight travel.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Experience managing facilities, staffing, or compliance as part of operations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact, using insights to improve performance.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools with hands-on leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance to strengthen teams.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations align with SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Plan for seasonal demand and build bench strength.
