H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong business results. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic leadership with hands-on presence across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience leading multi-unit teams with accountable performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with consistent standards.
Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for performance.
Drive revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement actions.
Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day ops across sites.
Travel frequently to maintain in-person presence across locations.
