Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to manage a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operations, and performance, coaching teams to meet business goals.

You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations while guiding staff to anticipate client needs and provide expert guidance in every office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit teams in retail/service/operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Ability to translate data into action and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead staff by setting clear expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve business results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, and seasonal staffing.
