Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader who will oversee 4-6 retail offices to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and daily operations, and own office readiness across locations.

You will lead with visibility, coach for performance, and drive revenue and client satisfaction while managing multi-site operations and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations, including staffing, facilities, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 assigned offices with discipline and consistency.
Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with visible client-centric leadership.
Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to achieve consistent performance.
Identify patterns across offices, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
