You will develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and travel between offices to maintain a consistent in-person presence across locations. This role demands leadership and a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years experience leading teams in multi-unit settings with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and improve outcomes.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors; demonstrate client-centric leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, performance data, and real-time feedback.
