• Experience driving business and financial results while managing daily operations.
• Ability to adapt to change and prioritize across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for performance.
• Provide feedback to strengthen team execution and bench strength.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across offices.
• Monitor metrics and take action to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
