Job summary

H&R Block in Stockbridge, GA seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience and strong operational execution across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, team performance, and business results while maintaining hands-on leadership.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive adoption of client-centric processes, and own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/ops with outcomes responsibility.
• Strong client-centric mindset delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day ops across locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations with independent judgment.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance oversight.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for client escalations.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and act on insights.
• Willingness to climb ladders and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Frequent day travel across offices; schedule aligned to hours.
