Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) to lead multiple outpatient clinics, drive operational excellence, and expand access to evidence-based treatment across Northern California.

In this hybrid, full-time role you will mentor regional leaders, oversee budgets and performance, build partnerships with payers and regulators, and travel ~75% to ensure consistent service quality and patient care across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership, supervision, or management experience within substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
• Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operational performance of multiple OTP clinics within the region.
• Provide leadership to clinic administrators, executive directors, facility directors, and treatment leaders.
• Ensure operational consistency across locations and drive regional performance.
• Develop strategies to improve clinic utilization, patient retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build relationships with referral sources, payers, regulators, and community stakeholders.
