LIO Insurance is seeking a Regional Executive to drive profitable revenue growth across a defined U.S. region, leveraging retail agencies, carriers, and digital affiliates.
You will own regional plans to hit submission, premium, and loss ratio goals, while serving as a key external representative to brokers, carriers, and industry partners. You will travel locally and regionally, manage a pipeline, and work with underwriting to maximize production.
The Regional Executive is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within an assigned geographic area of responsibility, utilizing all LIO distribution channels including retail agencies, insurance carriers, and digital affiliates. This position owns the development and execution of the regional plan required to hit goals for submission, premium production, and loss ratio, and serves as a key external representative of LIO Insurance with brokers, carriers, and industry partners.

Competitive base salary of $65,500–$140,250 annually, plus commission-draw eligibility. Earn commission on every dollar of new gross written premium (GWP) you produce — the more you grow the region, the more you earn. Final compensation is determined based on experience and location.
This job operates in a professional office environment, with regular local and regional travel for broker and customer visits. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

This is a full-time position. Expected days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require extended hours and weekend work based on business need.
Regular travel within the assigned region is required to conduct broker visits, attend industry events, and maintain the minimum weekly customer visit cadence.
