Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Resident Regional Manager to oversee four hospital locations in the Kentucky market and manage client relations to ensure housekeeping services meet high quality standards.

You will lead environmental services accounts, supervise staff, analyze financial data, and ensure budget adherence while coordinating with hospital departments for optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent related experience is required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account is required.
• Multi-site account management experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and trends.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitors unit expenditures and assists budget development.
• Coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Communicates with hospital administration and departments.
• Plans, directs, and supervises department functions and workflow.
• Establishes policies, standards, and staff development initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and safety requirements.
