Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Multi-site account management experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• Keen understanding of business dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple environmental services accounts across the Boston market.
• Maintain client relations to ensure housekeeping services meet high quality standards.
• Manage department financial data and statistics and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and prioritize department functions.
• Establish work standards, policies, and procedures for operations.
