The Regional Event Manager (REM) will manage events in their region in collaboration with different partner organizations. This includes but is not limited to Team Onsites or Offsites, External Events, and company-wide initiatives.
Reporting to the Global Internal Event Lead, you will lead and consult, depending on the event scope and needs of the group hosting the event. You will review all event requests and assign events based on the type of event, often planning multiple events simultaneously. You will work with local experience teams to ensure events have adequate day-of support.
This role can be based remotely but will support our east coast offices.

Zone A: $101,500—$152,300 USD
Zone B: $94,400—$141,600 USD
Zone C: $86,300—$129,500 USD
