Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions in the assigned region, area or group.
• Implements established estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Collaborates with project managers on procurement and change orders.
• Supervises preparation of market cost studies and database updates.
• Reviews final estimates and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
