Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages estimating functions including budgets, staffing and work assignments.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Negotiates purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders with project managers.
• Prepares market cost studies and recommends database changes.
• Reviews project details with leadership to determine strategies and resources.
