SUGARED + BRONZED in the United States is seeking Regional Trainers to lead market-wide training, establish consistency in services, and collaborate with the Training Department, Area Managers, and Store Directors to develop new talent ensuring every client leaves flawless.

This role offers the opportunity to drive standards across locations, oversee trainee progression through evaluations, and support ongoing education for current staff as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sugaring preferred; hair removal is required.
• High level of customer service skills and initiative.
• Ability to motivate and uplift a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish consistency across technicians and Sugaristas through standardized training.
• Facilitate ongoing education and refresh service standards for the market.
• Reinforce roles and responsibilities; communicate expectations clearly.
• Lead training for new locations to ensure seamless service adoption.
