We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ES Business Partner to join us as we establish and rapidly grow our Medellin Global Operations Centre.
As the ES Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership team colleagues to develop and implement strategic people initiatives that support rapid growth, commitment to excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's culture, performance & development at scale, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's Employee Success (ES) function.
You will have previous experience in partnering closely with the business on org design, workforce planning, and strategic HR programs and initiatives including high-performance culture, compensation planning, and talent development.
