We seek an experienced ES Business Partner to help establish and grow our Medellin Global Operations Centre.
In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop strategic people initiatives supporting rapid growth and excellence. You will influence our organizational culture, performance, and development at scale, shaping our Employee Success function.
You should have experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives, including high-performance culture, compensation, and talent development. Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment is essential.
