Location: Remote (Americas-based preferred)
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 total

Position Summary: Employee Success, Americas

We seek an experienced ES Business Partner to help establish and grow our Medellin Global Operations Centre.

In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop strategic people initiatives supporting rapid growth and excellence. You will influence our organizational culture, performance, and development at scale, shaping our Employee Success function.

You should have experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives, including high-performance culture, compensation, and talent development. Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment is essential.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with ES leadership to set priorities and provide strategic guidance, aligning goals with company values.
  2. Collaborating with business leaders on talent planning, organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
  3. Working with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and enhance the Access brand.
  4. Fostering a positive workplace culture through effective employee relations and performance management.
  5. Developing competitive compensation strategies.
  6. Promoting continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
  7. Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  8. Ensuring ES policies and procedures comply with legal and industry standards.

Skills and Experience

  • Current experience as an ES Business Partner with strong communication skills across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in technology, with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage an ESBP team with various levels of seniority.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, and capable of managing ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and proactive.
  • Resilient, transparent, and adaptable to change.
