Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of experience maintaining, repairing, and managing site development and heavy highway construction equipment, with paving specialization.
• Complete understanding of machine and paver automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch mechanics for repairs in shop or field.
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance and repairs of construction equipment.
• Coordinate equipment moves and rentals with supervisors and offices.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and manage cost analysis of parts.
