Equify Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. You will originate, structure, close, and manage equipment-secured financing while expanding market share in the region.

Residence in Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina is required. Travel to client offices and trade shows is expected. A strong background in sales and finance, with 3–5 years of related experience, is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar degree path is preferred.
• 3–5 years of industry-related skill, knowledge, or experience in the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of sales, credit, marketing, business, and management principles.
• Exceptional written, telephone, and personal presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with clients and convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Analytical reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to prospective and existing customer offices for face-to-face meetings.
• Prospect via phone, email, and social media to build relationships and service clients.
• Articulate complex finance and lease structures to tailor financing solutions.
• Generate new business at assigned volume and yield; meet/exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Attend training events, trade shows, and industry conferences to stay updated.
