Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager (Epilepsy) to lead the Epilepsy and Movement Disorders team in the US. The role shapes regional sales strategy and drives execution across hospitals, IDNs and neurology accounts.

You will recruit, coach, and empower Neurology Account Managers and Care System Liaisons, partner with commercial and medical teams, and use data to optimize results while maintaining high ethics and patient focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of biotech/pharma sales and sales leadership experience.
• Proven success in leading rare disease product launches.
• 5+ years leading sales teams with a track record of exceeding goals.
• 6+ years in epilepsy leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly leads and manages Neurology Account Managers and Care System Liaisons, including recruitment, coaching and evaluation.
• Develops, leads and executes a local market sales plan with goals and targets across product life cycles.
• Creates a people-valued culture driven by patient focus, integrity and excellence.
• Inspires and unites teams toward a common vision through authentic leadership.
• Collaborates with cross-functional Jazz leaders to achieve shared objectives in a compliant manner.
• Uses data and CRM insights to guide strategic plans and successful execution.
