Job summary

This role reports to R&D leadership, mentors teams across functions, and represents Jazz at conferences and regulatory interactions, while ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• MD or PhD with specialization in Epilepsy and board certification.
• 10+ years in drug development in academia and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Recognized as an academic epileptologist or epilepsy drug developer.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop epilepsy clinical development strategy aligned with portfolio, regulatory expectations, and unmet needs.
• Define clinical endpoints, trial designs, and patient populations across epilepsy programs.
• Integrate scientific insights and competitive intelligence into actionable program strategies.
• Steward epilepsy programs through governance to align budget and timeline expectations.
• Execute multiple epilepsy programs according to budget and timeline.
