Drive Environmental Excellence as a Regional Leader
We’re seeking a Regional Environmental Manager to lead environmental compliance and sustainability efforts across multiple Tradebe locations in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and implement programs that ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
With a focus on RCRA hazardous waste management, wastewater, air permitting, stormwater control, and remediation, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive operational excellence. This role also includes direct oversight of an Environmental Compliance Manager, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Do you have what it takes?
Education: BS Degree in Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is required. Master’s Degree with an emphasis on environmental studies is a plus
Preferred certifications include CIH, CSP, CPEA, or CHMM
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in implementing environmental standards, training, and legal compliance. Proven experience in leading cultural change across an organization, with expertise in leveraging various approaches to facilitate sustained change. Demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement activities and programs, utilizing processes, tools, and best practices.

This is an on-site position. 2 days in the office, 3 days on site. ~25% travel (day trips) in the northeast, once per week to Meriden, CT and Bridgeport, CT, monthly to Stoughton, MA and quarterly to Newington, NH. No overnight travel.
