Job summary

Tandem/Neal Associates is seeking a Senior Regional/EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health & safety programs across manufacturing sites. The role supports travel along the East Coast (30–40%) and requires strong experience in EHS leadership within manufacturing environments.

Compensation includes a salary range of 125,000–140,000 USD per year and a bonus of up to 20%. The position is remote with a requirement to live within one hour of Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Preference for multi-site responsibility but not required.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% to East Coast sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain EHS programs across company sites.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and auditing across facilities.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions; drive continuous improvement.
